Ummahat AlShaykh Islands Hotels
April 2021
The Red Sea Project Ummahat AlShaykh Islands BOH includes 13 different types of buildings to be prefabricated by Speed House Prefab (SHP) and transported later to the project site(s) at Ummahat AlShaykh Islands. The project buildings are situated at 3 different islands/ sites.
Tariq Al-Roqi has been approved by The Red Sea Development Company as a BIM consultant to provide complete BIM services for the project. This includes modeling from LOD300 up to LOD500 in addition to 3D coordination and extraction of complete shop drawings and details from the BIM models.
Coastal Village Housing Project
February 2021
Tariq Al-Roqi has been assigned the responsibility of documenting the mega village that houses 5000 staff members. The documentation included all GIS works for infrastructure as well as buildings for the complete project.

Alroqi BIM Team has completed the BIM modeling, coordination and 4D simulation for Al Majal Al Arabi Construction Company in 2021. The project development followed strict BIM standards to match ISO 19650 requirements and COBie standards as requested by TRSDC Digital delivery management. Link about the project> TRSDC News
